FORANX is proud to announce the successful completion of the Temenos Transact core banking system upgrade project at maib, the largest bank in Moldova. The project involved the following key tasks:
- migration from JBase to MS SQL database;
- transition from AIX to Windows platform;
- shift from single-server to multi-server core banking system architecture.
The project was carried out with the participation and support of the FORANX team over a period of 6 months. The following tasks were completed as part of the project:
- technical upgrade of the system for the Windows platform;
- data conversion from JBase to MS SQL using FORANX’s migration solution;
- analysis and tuning of local developments to meet Windows and MS SQL requirements;
- parameterization and tuning of interfaces with external systems;
- parameterization and tuning of the multi-server configuration, including COB optimization.
